Submit an amendment request

If you need to amend your YHA website booking please use the form below.

Our Customer Services Team works Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. For urgent amendments outside of these hours please contact the hostel directly. All contact details can be found here.

We will send you a confirmation email once the amendment and any applicable refunds have been actioned. All accommodation bookings will be refunded in full. We can only assist with amendments and cancellations for accommodation booked through the YHA website (www.yha.co.nz). 

If you're cancelling a booking for today or tomorrow, we'd appreciate you getting in touch with the hostel directly.

The YHA Customer Services team works Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For cancellations within 24 hours please contact the hostel directly. During peak periods it can take up to a week for us to confirm the processing of your refund has taken place. Thank you for your patience!

We will keep your payment as a credit for a future booking within the next 12 months.
You will receive a refund less NZ$5.00 transaction fee if applicable.
