YHA Ahipara

Description

Discover the delights of YHA Ahipara Backpackers & Holiday Park, a 5 minute walk from spectacular Ninety Mile Beach at the top of New Zealand's North Island. YHA Ahipara is located in an idyllic park-like 6 acre setting and has a range of accommodation options; a backpackers' lodge, tent sites, powered sites for camper vans and caravans, cabins, onsite vans, and a self-contained lodge. Facilities are well-maintained; the backpacker lodge includes it's own small lounge and a kitchen.

YHA Ahipara Backpackers & Holiday Park reception building includes a large lounge and dining area with a guest kitchen, and a full laundry just across the way. The lounge and dining area has a book exchange, information on what to do in the area, an internet cafe, open fire place, and even a table tennis table for rainy afternoons.

The YHA Ahipara Backpackers & Holiday Park hostel is adjacent to Kaitaia Links Golf Course and within easy reach of a local shop, takeaways and a restaurant. Only 15 minutes drive from Kaitaia, 1 hour 45 minutes from the Bay of Islands and well located for exploring the Far North and Cape Reinga, YHA Ahipara Backpackers & Holiday Park is your first choice for affordable budget hostel accommodation.
