We are experiencing a high volume of cancellation requests due to the current road disruptions. Your request will be processed as soon as possible but please expect some delay as we work our way through this particularly busy time.

Please note refunds generate a $5.00 service charge. Cancellations made after 6:00pm the day before arrival incur a charge of one night’s accommodation.
If you're cancelling a booking for today or tomorrow, we'd appreciate you getting in touch with the hostel directly.
We can only assist with cancellations for accommodation booked through the YHA website. If you booked another product or used another method, please contact Customer Services.
For cancellations within 24 hours please contact the hostel directly. The YHA Customer Services team works Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. During peak periods it can take up to a week for us to confirm the processing of your refund has taken place. Thank you for your patience!
