Please note there is a NZ$5.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 6:00pm the day before arrival incur a charge of one night’s accommodation.
If you're cancelling a booking for today or tomorrow, we'd appreciate you getting in touch with the hostel directly.
We can only assist with cancellations for accommodation booked through the YHA website. If you booked another product or used another method, please contact Customer Services.
The YHA Customer Services team works Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. For cancellations within 24 hours please contact the hostel directly. During peak periods it can take up to a week for us to confirm the processing of your refund has taken place. Thank you for your patience!
