Each package includes
1. An InterCity Flexi-Pass
- With the number of coach travel hours purchased
- Each pass is valid for 12 months
- Travel plans can be changed up to 2 hours before departure without incurring penalties
- Flexi-Pass can also be used on any Great Sights journey, the InterIslander Ferry and Kings Cape Brett Cruise in the Bay of Islands
2. YHA Accommodation Vouchers
- Choose from 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 nights accommodation
- Package prices are based on multi-share accommodation. You can upgrade to a twin or double room based on the cost of the room using our room upgrade model
- YHA Accommodation Vouchers are valid for 6 months
- NB: If you wish for us to pre-book all your accommodation, an additional booking fee of $25.00 applies

You can pre-book your first night(s) accommodation when purchasing this package. Once in New Zealand you can arrange further transport and accommodation bookings at the hostel travel desks.
If you wish to pre-book your entire itinerary including accommodation and transport, you can do so at the time of booking the package. Please note a booking fee applies for this service. Contact the YHA New Zealand Customer Services Team for further information.

Cancellations and amendments
- Once the package has commenced no portion of the package is refundable, for whatever reason
- Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to proposed date of arrival in New Zealand will be entitled to a refund less a cancellation fee of NZ$50 per person
- Cancellations received in the period which is between 2 and 7 days prior to proposed date of arrival in New Zealand shall be entitled to a refund less a cancellation fee of NZ$100 per person
- Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to proposed date of arrival or less than 48 hours prior to start date of the package shall not be entitled to a refund
- It is recommended that all passengers have comprehensive travel insurance
