To secure your group booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of your groups booking. The balance is then due upon arrival at the hostel.
We ask final numbers are reconfirmed with the hostel at least 1 week prior to arrival. We'll send you a rooming list to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. This will speed up the check in process as well.
All reservation requests are tentative until we have received your 50% deposit. If the deposit is not received by the due date, YHA New Zealand reserves the right to cancel your booking.
If you are booking more than one hostel, we have a Customer Services team based in our National Office who will be able to coordinate everything for you. Alternatively, please contact the hostel direct.
